We came to Mens Body Works for their manicure and had a wonderful experience. Angie and her team are so friendly and welcoming as well as providing an excellent level of service. They offered us drinks and the space is absolutely beautiful. It was a really relaxing way to spend an hour or so and can highly recommend them! Thank you for the beautiful and professional service!

Terrible experience. Booked for a 1 hour massage, 1 hour facial and eyebrow shaping. Was completed in 1 hour and 50 mins which does not equate to what it should be. Massage was terrible, requested therapist to focus on upper back which she did not follow through with. Had awful massage technique and has resulted in bruising along my right and left side. When going to pay I had to highlight the treatments had finished well under the time they should have taken. I was advised that my eyebrows were done “really quickly” which is why I finished early. I again had to highlight that even if that was the case, the massage and facial were an hour each which does not add up to the time completed. The therapist then looked perplexed and said “ No one has ever said that before “. And the eyebrows being done “really quickly” is poor in itself as I had to pluck missed hairs at home. They did reduce the fee for the facial by 15 mins which was more reflective of the time actually taken to undertake the treatments. Overall a very poor and unprofessional experience, poorly trained massage therapist. Would not come back or advise anyone to book here if you want good service and outcomes.
